We also have handouts available and can find information on any diabetes-related topic. In addition, we have access to medical journals and online textbooks. Ask us and we will help you find what you need!

Employee Wellness
If you are a Fletcher Allen employee, join the Fletcher Allen Health Care Employee Wellness Facebook page. Employee Wellness also offers health coaching and biometric screening. If you are not a Fletcher Allen employee check to see if your employer offers wellness services.

Wellness Groups
Through the Community Health Improvement Department, Fletcher Allen offers Healthier Living with Diabetes workshops. These free workshops can help you take charge of your health and better cope with illness. For information call 802-847-2278.

Community Health Teams
If you have diabetes you may be eligible for service from a Community Health Team. The members of the Community Health Team provide multidisciplinary expertise in helping you manage your chronic condition. Each team member brings a level of expertise in different areas to help you be as healthy as possible. To find out if you are eligible talk with your primary care provider in your medical home, or call 802-847-1601.
