  • 1/2of one whole honeydew melon
  • 2Tbspshredded coconut
  • 2Tbsphemp seeds
  • 2cupskale, stems removed
  • 1/4cupold fashioned oats
  • 1/4cupcoconut milk
  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add your choice of toppings (Shown here: 2 tbsp chia seeds, 5 strawberries and ¼ cup shredded coconut).
