• 1avocado, cut in half, pitted, peeled and sliced for fanning on you plate
  • 1/4cupKimchi (We recommend a mild one like Flack Farm)
  • 2Tbsptoasted nuts, either almonds or hazelnuts, rough chopped
  • 1Tbspsesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4cupred beet, shredded
  • 2Tbspolive oil
  • 2TbspBraggs Apple Cider
  • 1tspmaple syrup
  1. To compose salad: place both sliced avocados on two plates and press down gently to fan out.
  2. Divide kimchi, toasted nuts, sesame seeds and beets evenly.
  3. Drizzle dressing over the salad when ready to serve. To compose dressing: place all ingredients into a Mason jar and shake to emulsify.
