  • 1serrano chile, finely diced
  • 3ripe avocados
  • 1/4cupfinely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2tspkosher salt, to taste
  • 2limes
  • 1large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2cupseeds from 1/2 medium pomegranate
  1. Split the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. Scoop the avocados into the bowl along with the minced garlic, cilantro, salt, and lime juice.
  3. Mash everything together, and then fold in the pomegranate seeds.
