- 3Tbspvinegar (red wine, white wine or cider vinegar would work well)
- 1tspDijon mustard
- 1/4cupolive oil
- 1/2tsponion powder
- 2cloves finely minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put all ingredients in a small jar and shake vigorously.
